WEBINARS / VIRTUAL EVENTS

I can no longer attend the webinar at the scheduled time - can I view this at a later date?
The majority of webinars are recorded and posted online post-event. If you have registered in advance for the webinar you will receive an email post-event with details.

How do I log on to the webinar?
When you register to attend a webinar / tour, you will receive a registration confirmation email. This will contain a link to the webinar platform which will be live approximately 30 minutes before the event commences. You will need to enter your email address and create a password for your webinar account ahead of accessing the live webinar.

I can't find my confirmation email - what should I do?
You can access the event from the relevant web page which will provide a direct link to the webinar / virtual event.

Do I need to mute myself on the webinar?
No, as an attendee you are automatically muted.

I can't hear the sound on the webinar.
If you are having trouble hearing the webinar, try the following:
- Make sure your speakers are not on mute and the volume is turned up.
- Clear your temporary internet files and cookies.
- Try an alternate web browser.
If you are still having trouble hearing the webinar do let us know by emailing us via the email address in our footer.

How can I participate in the webinar?
Most of our webinars have a chat function and we'd love to hear from you. Please do use the chat box to ask questions, share your thoughts on the speakers and sessions and engage with other attendees. We also run polls so would love to hear your views too. If you have an issue with sound or any other aspect of the webinar please do email us directly rather than using the chat area.

Can I network with other attendees?
Absolutely! Our webinars have networking spaces to enable you to meet and be inspired by other attendees. Remember to fully complete your profile when you log into the webinar platform to ensure you gain the most out of your time at the event.

Can I ask questions of the speakers?
Wherever possible we encourage attendees to ask questions which are shared with the speakers. If this is a webinar then attendees will be invited to ask their questions via the chat function. If it is a virtual event then this isn't always possible but we also invite attendees to connect with speakers post event.
